• Quietness: 10 I think it can get quite noisy but we specifically asked for a quiet room, and we didn't have any views.
• Room: 7.5 I know it's a funny complaint but why don't they have a toilet brush?
• Value for money: 7.5 I was rather disappointed that there was no Internet access in the room. I thought it was a rather standard feature now across all major cities and centrally located hotels. The hotel does offer Internet access from their computer but it's 5 euros (or even 5.50 - I don't remember) per hour, which is absolutely ridiculous.
