• Négatif: The website prompted me to book our hotel room twice because there was an error on the website. When I completed the booking, I had two reservations. I immediately canceled the second reservation and contacted the hotel via email but when I arrived they said there was nothing they could do regarding their reservation policy and would have to charge me for both rooms. After much conversation and escalating the matter the following day, the second reservation was reimbursed. However, it did put a damper on our stay and I feel like it was difficult to resolve the matter.

• Positif: the Front Desk - very helpful, the room - silent even if located on the main street, shower - a lot of space
• Négatif: the pool is dedicated for hotel guests but there is no privacy at all. there are a lot of people coming and coming to take a picture. this is what I really dislike the most. such information should be shared before booking the room.
