• Negative: There was no air conditioning because they said it is still winter. It was May 4-6 and very warm. It was very noisy from the street. Also, no ice, had to put the key card in a slot to turn on the lights and to take it out to lock the door. Then it was very dark. I would recommend it just for the location but would make sure I told the person I was recommending it to about the air, lights, and noise.

• Negative: cuando llegué ya muy tarde (casi 24.00h) y cansada, me encontre con un charco muy grande en el aseo (no le puedo llamar cuarto de baño porque para entrar en él había que hacer birguerías). Había reservado una habitación doble de uso individual (cama de cuerpo y medio), y la habitación estaba bien, exceptuando el problema del aseo (charco + falta de espacio). Pedí un cambio y me pasó a una habitación individual, con un cuarto de baño más espacioso pero mal amueblada: solo habia una mesa tipo cocina y dos sillas maltrechas y ¡¡¡¡ ni un solo enchufe donde cargar el ordenador portatil o el móbil en toda la habitación!!!!! y tuve que hacerlo en el enchife del cuarto de baño. Me quejé de qiue me dieron una habitación de menor categoría a la que había pagado ya con VISA por internet, y me dijeron que no había prácticamente diferencia y no valía la pena. pero la que soportó la incomodidad fuí yo, por tener una fuga de agua en el cuarto de baño y no molestar.
