The Hotel Castilla Alicante, located in the north of the city in a prime location just 50 metres from the San Juan Beach. It has an outdoor swimming pool, solarium, laundry service, cafeteria with terrace, room service, hire of material for your meetings. Own car park (optional and with limited spaces), children’s park, three function rooms with different capacities of up to 150 people (they all have wifi), a spacious and new restaurant for events with a capacity of up to 325 people, as well as our communal areas where there is a high speed wifi Internet connection. We have our own kitchen which is well-equipped and specialized in the home-cooked Mediterranean dishes.

  • Location: 5 The hotel staff were not helpful in providing us with information of places of interest. We should have researched the area before we booked.
  • Common facilities and services: 5 Everything was there, we would have used the swimming pool more if it were not for the noisy works being carried out on the next door building.
  • Staff: Not rated On the whole the staff were indifferent and could not provide us with correct information and made no attempt to be friendly. However I have to say the cleaner was very friendly.
  • Quietness: Not rated Unfortunately there was noisy renovation works being carried out on the building next door.
  • Room: 7.5 Perfectly adequate, nothing special, kept clean. The did get a sea view ... through the sky scrapers.
  • Value for money: 5 The hotel was nice and on hindsight we should have researched the area before we booked. We feel this hotel/area is mainly for Spanish Holidaymakers.

  • Location: 7.5 la playa esta a tres minutos
  • Common facilities and services: 2.5 lo unico la piscina pero no tiene ni jardin!!
  • Staff: Not rated Los camareros del restaurante son muy ineficientes ademas no te tratan amable
  • Quietness: 5 eso bien lo que pasa es que de habitacion, habitacion se oye todo
  • Room: 7.5 la que me toco a mi super grande y bonita pero la que le toco a otros amigos pequeña y fea y vieja
  • Value for money: 2.5 me espera mas del hotel
