• Negative: una vez que nos retiramos del hotel, envié un reclamo (por e-mail) por un pago indebido. Hasta el día de hoy no han tenido la gentileza de responderme. Creo que es elemental para un administrador responder este tipo de reclamos, y muestra que no tiene ningún respeto por sus clientes, una vez que ha cobrado.
