NO HAY JABON EN LA JABONERA NO HAY PAPEL HIGIENICO, UTILIZAS SERVILLETAS QUE NO SABES CUANDO SE VAN A TERMINAR SOBRE TODO SI TIENES QUE UTILIZARLAS PARA SECAR EL AGUA EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO POR LA NOCHE ERA MUY FLOJO

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Las empleadas de limpieza son muy amables y eficientes.

• Staff: 5 Pongo normal, porque como en todos los sitios hay empleados muy amables y otros que no lo son tanto. Por ejemplo la camarera de terraza (Nerea) era muy simpática y en comedor había dos que eran muy educados (chica rellenita rubia y chico con acento andaluz, delgado y muy moreno.)

• Room: 7.5 Las vistas excelentes, pues estuvimos alojados en una habitación frontal mar.
• Value for money: 7.5 La comida puede llegar a resultar cansina si estás más de una semana como fué mi caso. Los desayunos están bien, pero se hecha en falta más variedad en el resto de comidas. En lineas generales bien, aunque no hay que descuidar el buffet, pues es algo que la gente valora muchísimo a la hora de dar nota.

• Cleanliness: 10 El personal trabaja excelentemente,duro trabajo a causa de muchos clientes "cochinos"
• Location: 10 Tranquilidad,Vistas Maravillosas al Mar,Cercano a el pueblo de Altea.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Todo muy bien cuidado, piscina muy limpia aunque siempre llena de Familias con Niños. El masajista del Hotel Enrique es muy bueno,muy recomendable.Vicky la canguro cuido una noche nuestro hijo,después nuestro hijo quería siempre que Vicky lo cuidase.Excepcional trabajo... Sin palabras.
• Staff: 10 Personal muy amable y simpático, siempre con una sonrisa en la boca( casi todos) . Los animadores son muy buenos, saben tratar muy bien a los niños y tienen un programa muy bueno.
• Quietness: 10 Tranquilo, claro cuando hay actividades nocturnas se oye hasta medianoche la música y la gente de la terraza.Habitaciones muy bien Isoladas, no se oyen ruidos de otras habitaciones. Pero estamos de vacaciones y Fiesta no debe de faltar.
• Room: 10 Muy confortable, vistas mágicas al mar, todo perfecto.
• Value for money: 10 Precio excelente para lo que se ofrece.
