- Quietness: 2.5 las televisiones se escuchaban demasiado y el ascensor cada vez que subia o bajaba . Daba a un patio interior impresentable, en la otra habitacion que reserve teniamos una cuna de bebe, al que no le pusieron ni colchon, una verguenza, tuvimos que poner una manta debajo del supuesto colchon que habian colocado, ademas se escuchaba una maquina todo el tiempo, un desastre

- Positive: Los suelos de moqueta de las habitaciones; la situación céntrica del hotel; la limpieza general; la calidad de la señal wifi para Internet.
- Negative: La habitación era muy pequeña. La cama estaba pegada a la pared (hab.417). Me encontré unos zapatos del anterior huésped bajo la cama. La ducha era muy pequeña (tipo esquinera) y extremadamente incómoda. Se escuchaban todos los ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas (paredes sin insonorizar). La mala organización-gestión de la cafetería (me iban a cobrar un desayuno-buffet cuando sólo consumí un café, además de que en la cuenta me pusieron unos cafés que no eran míos). En mi habitación se escuchaba un ruido como de zumbido eléctrico que no me permitió conciliar el sueño. Las vistas a un muro que tenía desde mi habitación. El precio que pagué por la habitación (además, en forma de prepago) fue -sin lugar a dudas- excesivamente inapropiado. Había invitado a mi familia (siete personas) a pasar el fin de semana en Madrid, en su hotel. He quedado muy mal, porque ellos tambien tuvieron numerosas incomodidades. No volveré al hotel, además de que lo recomendaré muy negativamente.

- Location: 10 En pleno de centro de madrid
- Common facilities and services: 2.5 La cafetería muy mal gestionada. Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas, camas muy pequeñas y mal colocadas (junto a la pared!)
- Staff: 7.5 En recepción, muy agradables.
- Quietness: Not rated Ruidos de otras habitaciones (se escuchaban las conversaciones de las habitaciones contiguas, y los pasos de la de arriba)
- Room: Not rated Muy pequeña. El baño minúsculo, incluida la ducha. Las vistas daban a un muro vecinal. Los muebles, televisión y minibar estaban nuevos.
- Value for money: Not rated No vuelvo a este hotel en la vida.
