• Positive: Al final estuvimos alojados en el Hotel B Bou La Viñuela (No en Cortijo Bravo) y lo que más nos gustó fue la tranquilidad y paz que se respiraba en el complejo así como sobre todo la atención del personal, especialmente el servicio de restauración destacando sobremanera Paco, Javi y David. De 10. Un excelente servicio.
• Negative: Temperatura del agua de la piscina. Demasiado caliente para nuestro gusto. Y no poder disponer de minibar en la habitación aunque creo que fue debido a la situación de Covid19.

• Cleanliness: 10 Muy bien. Lo esperado en un hotel de dicha categoría.
• Location: 7.5 Buscábamos precisamente ese retiro, y no estar a pie de playa como en otras ocasiones, así que muy bien.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Perfecto. Solo la temperatura del agua de la piscina no era de nuestro agrado. Estaba caliente desde primera hora de la mañana y dándole todo el día el sol al final resultaba ser demasiado caliente. Para nuestro gusto por supuesto.
• Staff: 10 Muy amable y eficiente sobre todo el equipo de restauración, con mención muy especial a Paco, Javi y David. Un servicio excelente: atención, amabilidad y rapidez.
• Quietness: 10 Paz absoluta. Muy muy recomendable.
• Room: 10 Estuvimos alojados en la habitación 220. Perfecta ubicación, vistas, tranquilidad... solo echamos en falta el minibar, que dadas las condiciones de Covid19 estaba retirado.
• Value for money: 10 Muy buena.
