• Negative: Quality of air - smell of the air is too rish with parfume odors. I guess, breakfast should be further elaborated on. I found very little food for myself.

• Staff: 5 Happily, once an issue is raised , staff is reacting efficiently. But, and I have addressed that, my comments were not read and disregarded every time I have stayed. This time I had 100% prove of that - for example, I have asked to book me a top floor room. When I have arrived I was given a room on several floors lower than to my colleague, who didn't request anything special. I realize, it is not a big deal - but the fact that my comments just ignored is THE BIG DEAL. As well, I didn't find a fruit plate at the time of arrival, which was offered to me and I have ordered. Happily, the management reacted and thak them a lot. Yet, I guess, the staff needs more training.
