• Positive: eveything... especially the lovely young bar man david who made my mum laugh, he really was the %27star of the bar%27 all week

• Cleanliness: 10 cleanliness of the rooms were excellent with daily maid service and also the other parts of hotel and grounds were spotlessly clean.
• Location: 10 this hotel was perfectly situated for everything, 10mins stroll to small shopping centre and town centre and is also across the road from a small beach. situated in a lovely quite residential part of town.
• Common facilities and services: 10 brilliant kids clubs, food fantastic, pools were brilliant and clean and lots of them, well equipt gym, sauna, night time entertainment was brilliant also coutesy bus to sand dunes were the most fantastic beach ever seems to be!
• Staff: 10 staff very helpful and extremely friendly always!
• Quietness: 10 these are the most quiet rooms i have ever stayed in on a night time, you cannot seem to hear a single outside noise! the only noises you can hear in the day time are the children having fun.
• Room: 10 the best rooms we have ever stayed in, very well set out and very well equipt...hair dryer, fridge, sky tv, full size bath with shower over, they even leave a mosquito plug in (although we didnt need it as i only heard one all week & that was on the morn we left, buzzing in my ear, and they normally love my blood!) and a courtesy bottle of water for your arrival.
• Value for money: 10 this holiday was one of the most enjoyable ones we have had, we are already looking to book for next year but for two weeks instead of one!
