Arosa: appealing vintage hotel in the night life area has a functional and ethnic; design you will be more than satisfied with the functionality of its facilities and the service of its staff. It has 126 rooms that include services like satellite television, wi-fi, heating and air-conditioning and extra-long beds. You will be delighted by its high class ambience, enveloped by its warm atmosphere.   • Positive: La ubicación, el trato del personal fue excelente, tuvimos un problema con una de las camas y nos cambiaron inmediatamente de habitación
  • Negative: Que en la primera habitación en que nos alojaron una de las patas del somier estaba rota y, al acostarse mi pareja, se fue la cama al suelo. Al quitar el colchón para intentar meter la pata encontramos un preservativo (sin usar, creo, pero no en su envoltorio) entre el colchón y el somier. Sin embargo, como ya he dicho, nos cambiaron de habitación sin problemas.

  • Cleanliness: 2.5 Por encontrar un preservativo entre el colchón y el somier.
  • Location: 10 Dentro de Madrid, inmejorable. El acceso al Parking un poco peor.
  • Common facilities and services: 7.5 El Parking bastante caro, pero aceptable.
  • Staff: 10 Lo mejor del hotel sin duda. Amables y muy atentos.
  • Quietness: 7.5 Dentro del hotel perfecta. El exterior un poco ruidoso, pero en la Gran Vía de Madrid ¿Que se puede esperar? Aún así la doble ventana funcionaba muy bien.
  • Room: 10 Una vez que se solucionó lo del somier y nos movieron a otra, todo perfecto.
  • Value for money: 10 Para ser el Madrid, inmejorable.
