• Positive: Central location, rooms were clean, bed comfortable, breakfast buffet had variety
• Negative: Staff efficient but not over welcoming; even with secondary glazing with a room fronting Gran Via it was extremely noisey all through the night; it is located failry close to the red light area; room is in need of freshening up eg re-grout tiles in bathroom

• Quietness: 10 Un double vitrage à l'épreuve du brouhaha extérieur du plein centre; une disposition de la chambre qui éloigne la pièce de la paroi extérieure.
• Room: 7.5 Espace correct, état impeccable, équipements adaptés aux besoins.
• Value for money: 10 On aurait presque honte de payer si peu pour un tel plaisir de séjour.
