• Positif: Great location, friendly staff, very clean and well maintained daily. Great pool area with sunbed mattresses and towels included as we booked direct with the hotel online. Breakfast and bar food really good and reasonably priced.
• Négatif: Advertised as having air conditioning, the reason I stayed in the hotel apartments rather than basic apartments with ceiling fans, which we stayed in Dec 16. However the air con was set at 22 degrees for the whole holel and could not be turned down. This made the rooms unbearable even with all doors and windows open. Sadly this spoilt our stay as it made sleeping or relaxing inside impossible. A real shame as it's a great apartment/hotel and I would have returned in the future. Basic apartments also had kettle and toaster however when I asked about a kettle for our room I was told I could hire one for €18 for the week? A pan on the hob did the job though.

• Positif: Hotel is clean and centrally located.
• Négatif: Reported faulty noisy aircon unit in room 3 days after arrival date which was supposedly fixed on the computer at reception. This did not rectify the problem and i reported this problem on another 4 occasions and 6 days later i reored the noise on my phone and showed male receptionist and a maintenance man was sent and air con was fixed which was 6 days later, if this had inspected on day of reporting fault it wouldn't of cause nights of uncomfortable sleeping.
