• Positive: location and large balcony - even that I need to pay extra ;) but organice better table to large balcany or even better to have two tables and if possible even barbique place
• Negative: balkany doors gasget was sliping out and these need to be fix other wise you get nice problem - new chairs and table need someting under the foots as moving make too mach noice. Breakfast can be better - you can see that many peole even bring they own ham or cheese or someting else as quality of your products was not good.

• Quietness: 7.5 now better when you have new windows / doors but gaskets are not installed right they slipping out and tables and chairs movement give to mach noice.
• Room: 7.5 I like to get confiramation that i get large balcony next time also I ask room from 5 th floor and bool side
• Value for money: 5 room quite expencive and if your customer stay longer time give some special discount.

• Positive: la ubicación, la habitación -apartamento era bastante grande y comfortable
• Negative: que en 3 semanas que hemos estado nadie nos ha preguntado si estabamos bien, aunque si es cierto que Chema (Recepción)es un gran profesional y lo arreglo así todo. Y en el caso de que comente que las toallas olían a humedad intentaron arreglar ese problema.., no se , pero estando tres semanas ahi me hubiera imaginado que alguien de dirección hubiera preguntado algo .., aun asi volveré siempre
