• Positive: Limpieza, comida, y la amabilidad del servicio.
• Negative: La calidad de los servicios de animacion bajaron respecto al año anterior, de hecho los niños se quejaron de aburrimiento en alguna de las sesiones del Club Kike, cosa que no paso el año anterior. Ademas el trato de alguno de los animadores, en particular del que parece ser el coordinador (un chico alto que ya estaba el año pasado) me parece que se toma libertades en exceso con los clientes, cosa para la que no se le da pie. El resto del hotel me parece muy bien, seguramente repita de nuevo, aunque agradeceria se corrigieran algunos comportamientos para un futuro.
