Todo nuestro Hotel ha sido recientemente renovado, se han cambiado colchones, almohadas, renovado suelos, baños, pasillos, zonas comunes, etc. Aparte nuestra ubicación es ideal para poder visitar Granada y la Alhambra. Hemos tenido problemas de manchas en el suelo de la piscina. Todo nuestro personal intenta dar el mejor trato posible a nuestros clientes, haciéndolos sentir como en casa. "Estimado Cliente, gracias por su tiempo y por sus indicaciones. La limpieza de nuestra instalaciones es máxima, tenemos la máxima precaución en cuidar que todo esté perfecto. Hay veces que las sábanas no vienen como debieran de la lavandería. De todas formas se le avisará a la camarera que le hizo la habitación para que esto no vuelva a ocurrir. De todas formas nos lo podía haber comunicado y se las hubiésemos cambiado rápido. Lamentamos las molestias por ello. Esperamos que puedan volver en otro momento, no les fallaremos.
