• Positive: Todo, estaba todo estupendamente, sali maravillosa con el hotel. La habitacion era genial, la verdad que me la esperaba mucho peor por el precio que era, pero vamos que nada me equivocaba totalmente. Esta bastante bien comunicado y no nos costo nada encontrarlo.

• Negative: Aircondition was turned off for the entire hotel even though it was very warm. This meant I had to have th ewindow open to get some sleep, and this lead to mosqitoes coming in. after closing the window and killing the mosqitoes there wassome bedbugs biting. When we confronted the front desk they said they were aware of the problem and that they would spray the hotel soon. I had to sanitize my suitcase and clothes before returning to my home in order not to bring the bugs into my home. Although it seemed clean by first glance there was a brown stain on the toilet seat (under the sanitized for your protection seal) first I thought it was a miscolour of the seat, but when it was easily removed by toiletpaper and water i was disgusted. The only reason I do not give overall very bad is that I have stayed in far worse hotels (in bangladesh and India)

• Location: 10 close to the customer i needed to visit
• Common facilities and services: 5 no minibar in the room but close to a gas station so that was ok

• Quietness: Not rated There was a disco across the street the second night keeping me awake for most of the night
• Room: Not rated OK size, mosquito net on the window would be nice, or aircondition working. The view was straight into another wall, but I wasnt there for the view. BUT knowing about bedbugs and not doing something about them and not telling the customers in advance is unforgiveable. It is like you are saying "We know there are blood sucking insects in your bed but we want your money so bad, and we dont care if you get bitten and itch for a week after staying here so we wont tell you about them until you ask.
• Value for money: 5 I guess since it was so cheap i should have suspected there to be something wrong
