• Negative: we warned reception that we needed to check out at 5:00 in the morning to catch our flight, when we arrived downstairs the automatic doors were closed and there was no one at reception. After waiting for a few minutes we decided to try and find our way out, eventually we escaped through the parking. This was not a nice situation and not helpfull at all
