• Negative: 1. the horrible, incredible loud noises above my room in the early morning. Every single morning, the whole staying there, for an hour or so. There were beds or tables dragged on the floor, doors slapped. 2. I had to ask three days in a row for changing the light bulb on the balcony. Finally it was changed.
