• Negative: 1. During Check-in I was charged 120EURO extra by mistake of the reception guy. And day after I was charged 120EURO more by another guy who tried to fix mistake of the first one. Instead of excuse for wasting my time and such mistake I heard only that they did everything right. No official excuse from hotel. Nothing. Just complete ignoring. Nice professional work, what I can say. Money was returned couple days after. 2. Rooms were not cleaned every day. Water was not refilled every day.
