• Negative: Lack of mirror and garbage can in the room (only present in the bathroom). Bad breakfast buffet and bad service/attitude from the personal at breakfast. English skills were poor.

• Common facilities and services: 5 Smoking area is only on the terrace which isn't even covered during rainy weather and the lifts are extremely slow to get up there.
• Staff: 7.5 Concierge confused the time of airport transfer which resulted in 6:30am wake up call, 12 hours too early.
• Quietness: 2.5 Not much outside noise but the inner walls are so thin that speech can be easily heard and made out.

• Positive: La habitacion limpia, muy comoda, el trato de los recepcionista, el cafe o te gratis... La buena ubicacion justo al lado del metro de principe pio y cercanias y el centro comercial.
• Negative: El desayuno buffet algo caro para lo que es y las camareras de este un poco maleducadas. El primer dia una nos habla mas de otros huespedes y se quejaban todo el rato en voz alta. Un husped se le estropeó la maquina de café, que no paraba de echar y la camarera le miró fatal y diciendo"no hay que ser muy listo para saber como funciona". Otro dia bajamos a las diez a desayunar y estaba ya lleno, cogimos la ultima mesa que habia libre y despues hicieron sentar a otra pareja con nosotros ( que a mi no me importa, pero igual ellos preferian esperar a sentarse solos) y retiraban los platos de delante a la gente para que fueran desalojando y nos dijeron que habíamos bajado muy tarde a desayunar, que ya iban a cerrar. Cuando el desayuno buffet termina a las diez y media. Un poco amargadas las mujers, creaban tensión en el ambiente.
