• Common facilities and services: 5 They could have a microwave and fridge in the room. Wifi was good in the room. Public computers were available but I didn't use them.
• Staff: 10 Roberto and Enrique were so nice and friendly. Other reception staff were also courteous.
• Quietness: 7.5 Double-paned glass so no street noise. I only heard the indoor plumbing as other people showered.
• Room: 10 Nice view to Paseo de la Florida and the hills on the 5th flr.
