• Value for money: 5 I%27ve stayed in other 3 star hotels and they%27ve provided more services than Carlton which is 4 star hotel. I think location is the best thing in your hotel.

• Location: 7.5 The metro is very close by and only a short trip is needed to the centre of town.

• Quietness: 2.5 A lot of noise outside our room at 3 am! Obviously this is not the hotels fault as it was from people staying there, however it did go on for quite some time
• Room: 5 All good apart from the bed which was 2 singles pushed together that were not supposed to be like that so they kept moving. If I pay for a double room I expect to get a bouble ded!
