• Common facilities and services: 2.5 No disponen de botiquin minimo de emergencia para clientes. Pedí una simple tirita y no tenian. En el parking de hotel hay pilas de sillas, mesas y COLCHONES!! sin protección ninguna frente a los coches aparcados. Supongo que se deberá a las obras del hotel pero pilas de colchones en el suelo de un garaje no lo veo ni limpio ni apropiado
• Staff: 5 Muy amables y buenos profesionales personal de hosteleria,por contra especialmente toscos en Recepción. Ejemplo: La joven encargada de la recepción permaneció más de 5 minutos con una conversación telefonica personal mientras yo esperaba en el mostrador, hasta que decidí interrumpirla para que me atendiera.
• Quietness: Not rated Justo frente al hotel estan construyendo un edificio, imposible dormir a partir d las 7 en las habitaciones de esa fachada. En la quinta planta del htoel tambien en obras, ruidos sin parar.

• Cleanliness: 10 Everything was very clean. In the room, the bar, the entrence hall. Everything was nice.
• Location: 10 It is driving distance to the city center (a couple of minutes) and even closer to the beach. There is a bus stop at your door as well.

• Staff: 7.5 The only problem that we had was with direction given to us for reaching the hotel.

• Room: 10 The rooms were very large compared to other European hotels I have stayed in. Especially in this price catagory.
