• Common facilities and services: 5 If there is a variety then it is not visible and guest is not aware of it. Concerning service to put it on higher level, inconspicuous kindness with better english is needed (english at least for foreigners) plus smile and greeting from each staf. But I don't have complaint on this, just compare with other properties.
• Staff: 7.5 If i accept it is common to be leisurely than it is good. To be more professional, staff should always be on the bar to accept orders or payments. Ashtrays should be replaced if full or removed if guests left.

• Value for money: 7.5 For the price paid, the location compensates all dislikes. I see huge potential with minor changes.
