• Cleanliness: 10 It is right next to a metro station, so you can literally get anywhere right from the hotel without walking. Also, the street that it is located on is a lovely street for shopping and dining. There is even a movie theater one block away!
• Location: 10 The breakfast provided was wonderful. I had more than enough delicious food, and there was even a waiter to serve hot drinks. There were also a large variety of services available that I didn´t use.
• Common facilities and services: 10 All of the staff was very helpful, as they were all very kind and spoke perfect English and Spanish. It was very easy and comfortable to communicate with the staff.
• Staff: 10 I prefer the quiet, and there was virtually no noise at all in the hotel. Everyone was very courteous about noise levels, but the rooms also blocked out all of the noise from the hallway.
• Quietness: 10 The room was very spacious and practical. The closet was brand new and large enough to fit 2 suitcases, as well as hang some of my clothing. There was a desk, which was very convenient, and the bathroom was very modern and clean. The view from our window was lovely, as we could see some large buildings in the center of the city.
• Room: 10 I definitely got more than what I paid for. I absolutely loved this hotel!
• Value for money: 10 I would recommend this hotel to everyone! It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had staying overnight somewhere other than my home!
