• Cleanliness: 7.5 Our room was cleaned daily and communal areas were always neat and clean.
• Location: 10 There was a police action while we were there. Prostitutes working from neighbouring buildings. The police were on the corner outside the building every day, but a local business owner told us it was making a difference and he hoped it would have a long term effect. But we were very close to Las Ramblas, markets, bike rentals are on the same block, we walked and rode our bikes everywhere from San Ramon.
• Common facilities and services: 5 This is a very basic accomodation.
• Staff: 7.5 The guy who works the reception by day is very helpful and speaks english. [Avoid the afternoon/evening lady..] The cleaning staff didn%27t speak any English, but were very nice via hand gesture language.
• Quietness: 7.5 As we were in the room at the first landing, we heard people coming and going a bit, but it kept neither of us awake.
• Room: 5 In our double with bathroom [shower/basin], the bathroom was new and nice. The room was pretty ugly, but it was kept clean. It was small, but plenty big enough if you%27re not hanging out in there all the time. The communal bathroom [toilet/shower, first floor] was being renovated while we were there. This was happening in installments during the day time, when guests weren%27t around and didn%27t interrupt use. But did mean the room was very nice by the time we left.
• Value for money: 10 We got what we paid for. Clean, basic, budget accomodation.
