• Would you recommend it? Yes
• Positive: the staff. everybody was really amazing and super helpful and friendly, especially Aitor at the reception and Pablo who organized the tapas, pub crawls, and Spanish lessons. It's awesome that you run the pub crawl together with other hostels in order to get more people, and the price for all that is fair as well. Great staff, really, keep it up!
• Negative: nothing really

• Cleanliness: 10 always clean, no issues there
• Location: 10 5 minute walk from Sol, 3 minute walk to metro Sevilla
• Common facilities and services: 5 there's a common area on the 4th floor, but not really a good place yet to meet other backpackers except at the tables at the entrance. would be better when you have a bar as well!
• Staff: 10 above-excellent staff, esp. Aitor and Pablo are amazing!
• Quietness: 10
• Room: 10 very good rooms. only thing I noticed is the aircon seems to go off automatically at night after a few hours.

• Cleanliness: 2.5 La limpieza no es buena, da pena porque es el único pero que le puedo poner al lugar.
• Location: 10 La ubicación es inmejorable, desde el hostal puedes caminar a todos los puntos turisticos de la ciudad, además de que el barrio es de los más lindos y vivos de Madrid!
• Common facilities and services: 10 Las instalaciones están muy bien! Todo es nuevo y está bien planeado!
• Staff: 10 Los chicos de la recepción son un encanto, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte, darte tips, y consejos. En especial Pablo se portó de maravilla!
• Quietness: 5 Dentro de la posible "tranquilidad" que se puede tener en Madrid está bien.

• Positive: Staff - they were AMAZING. Very kind and helpful. The girl who checked me in gave me an amazing overview of Madrid and tips on what to do every day for my 4-night stay Free towels - All the linen provided was very clean
• Negative: The sink was in the room, and not behind any closed door. The sound of water was super loud - enough to wake up anyone in the room No proper common area yet - but it seems like that is under construction No breakfast :(

• Location: 10 Everything was a 15 minute walk away - it was great
• Common facilities and services: 5 Need a nice big common area for guests. The roof top terrace isn't enough.

• Quietness: 5 The walls are really thin - I could hear people in the elevators at late hours, and this is despite an extra door leading to the room
• Room: 5 Pretty good. Just need to put the sink behind a door - the sound of water was too loud

• Positive: Me gustaron muchas cosas: Los chicos/as de recepción, majísimos/as; la habitación compartida de 8 chicas, sin ningún problema, organización genial, la gente respetuosa y la idea de separar lavabos, ducha e inodoro me pareció muy buena para evitar esperar al asearse. Las instalaciones me gustaron, las camas cómodas, las luces individuales prácticas, las taquillas bastante amplias (como mi equipaje era pequeño me cupo todo dentro), la sala común con la terraza ¡ideal para hacer yoga a las 6 de la mañana! ¡Y un largo etcétera! Abajo pondré "estándar" porque las instalaciones aún no estaban acabadas y no había desayuno, pero irán subiendo de calidad, seguro. ¡Ah! El disponer de dos toallas a la llegada, ¡gracias!
• Negative: Un pequeño detalle sólo: la consigna, pequeñita y se amontonan las maletas... y me costó un poco sacar la mía. Pero nada más.

• Location: 10 Muy céntrico.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Instalaciones muy bien. Servicios básicos, pero bien.
• Staff: 10 ¡Majísimos/as! Y me llamó la atención lo bien que se comunicaban en inglés y otras lenguas. Parecen chicos/as muy preparados.
• Quietness: 10 Del exterior no se oye casi nada salvo creo que el camión de la basura de madrugada. En el interior muy tranquilo, la gente respetuosa con la zona de las habitaciones.
• Room: 10 Habitación grande, estado muy nuevo, muy equipada, vistas no porque es una calle pequeña (pero creo que carece de importancia, no fui por las vistas...). De la habitación, lo único, cuidado con la puerta de la ducha de la habitación 14 del primer piso, se engancha un poco por abajo y casi nos quedamos algunas encerradas... ¡Pero bueno! ¡Nos ayudamos a salir unas a otras!
• Value for money: 10 Creo que es una relación calidad/precio excelente.
