The Residència Erasmus Gràcia is a guesthouse residence in the popular and fashionable district of Gracia, offering affordable accommodation in the cosmopolitan city of Barcelona. Comfortable and reasonably priced accommodation made up of Doubles, Triples and Quadruple rooms. The Residència, just a 15 minute walk from the world famous Park Guell, is located in a vibrant area surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, cinemas and theatres. Free internet connection, vending machines, laundrette, TV and reading room, a garden and above all else a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. All rooms are exterior facing and en suite. They are equipped with air conditioning/heating, free internet and a telephone connection. A TV, fridge and microwave are available on request.
