• Staff: Not rated I got told off by the staff TWICE in a "Fawlty towers" fashion, I was in a good mood so I saw the humour in it, but the staff (two different women ) were extremely unfriendly. And I don%27t expect much in the center of madrid ;) (My wrongdoings? Wanting to leave some stuff in my room during cleaning hours, and departing as early as 8.30)
