• Positive: La ubicación, que es exclente (no podría ser mejor) y la amabilidad y disponibilidad de sus dueños, siempre dispuestos a facilitarles la estancia a sus húespedes. En verdad, ha sido un placer conocerles. Cada vez que recurrí a ellos, siempre me respondieron con una solicitud y una deferencia increíbles.

• Cleanliness: 10 La limpieza es muy buena, y muy respetuosa de los horarios de los huéspedes.
• Location: 10 La ubicación es excelente. Cerca de los museos, la plaza Sol, en una zona tranquila y muy segura.
• Common facilities and services: 5 He venido en invierno, y la calefacción es muy buena. La ducha, también. Hubiera preferido más luz natural en las habitaciones, pero entiendo que ello es prácticamente incompatible con la ubicación del hostal.
• Staff: 10 La amabilidad y eficiencia de los dueños es digna de elogio.
• Quietness: 10 He estadoen una habitación sumamente tranquila, sin ruidos exteriores.

• Value for money: 10 La relación calidad/precio es muy recomendable, sobre todo para quienes quieren gastar poco, pues el hostal tiene lo necesario, acompañado de su ubicación inmejorable.

• Positive: Su ubicación, al lado del Congreso de los Diputados. Supieron resolver bien una incidencia que tuvimos con el baño, aunque al principio, la actitud del regente tendiese a dramatizar el asunto. Pensó que había sufrido un sabotaje por parte de los anteriores huéspedes.

• Positive: The Location - 10 minute walk to the Prado and to the main squares. Also as a woman on my own I felt very safe due to the police stationed opposite. The room was very comfortable and the staff helpful - especially carrying my bags up the stairs. It was extremely well priced and I will stay there again.
