• Location: 10 Located in the centre of Madrid, close to Prado, Gran Vía and Puerta del Sol.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Free wi-fi!
• Staff: 10 Friendly and welcoming, English-speaking, as my Spanish is only basic!
• Quietness: 5 Quiet outside, but walls very thin, so could hear conversation and TV from next room.
• Room: 7.5 Decent size, en-suite bathroom, but safe in the room is 1€ per use, so did not use.
• Value for money: 10 Very good value for what we paid, happy we booked here!
