• Cleanliness: 10 La escalera de entrada es un poco antigua pero luego cuando entras en el piso está muy bien, muy cuidado y la limpieza excepcional.
• Location: 10 La situación es excepcional, tienes muchos sitios de interés cerca, podíamos ir caminando, justo está al lado del congreso y al lado de plaza de sol. Anque es céntrico, está en una calle pequeñita por la que pasan pocos coches y para dormir se está de lujo.
• Common facilities and services: 10 El baño era un pelín estrecho para sentarse en el wc pero por lo demás muy bien. Pensemos que es un hostal! La ducha iba muy bien!
• Staff: 10 Lo lleva una parejita muy simpáticos, que en todo momento te atienden con una sonrisa.
• Quietness: 10 Escogimos para ir el fin de semana de la final de la champions, por lo que podemos imaginar que Madrid estaba a tope y no de buenos visitantes digamos. EStá al lado de plaza del sol, tardas sólo 5min y allí estaban todos los guiris borrachos y cantando. Nosotros en cambio teníamos la ventaja de estar justo en el centro pero en sitio muy tranquilo. Mi marido y yo quedamos encantados. Hay un montón de bares cerca donde tomar algo y restaurantes de todos los tipos de precios.
• Room: 10 El tamaño de la hab está bien, lo que es más justo es el baño. Las vistas eran a un patio interior, pero...que es un hostal y baratito, no se puede pedir todo! Tiene una Tv con mando. Lo único la almohada un pelín dura y el colchón tb. Pero calidad-precio muy bien.
• Value for money: 10 Está perfecto si vas con poco dinero y el servicio calidad-precio es genial. La verdad que pasamos una gran estancia en Madrid.

• Positive: have just got back from 4 nights in the Oporto. it is a brilliant hotel for the price. its location is difficult to beat. easy walking to most things and 5 mins to metro seville. the hotel is very clean. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the rooms are not large but if thats what you want in the centre of madrid you will pay more. that said for us we only slept in them and showered and changed they were fine. the showers were good even if the shower room was small and cramped. all in all if your looking for a budget hotel in the middle of madrid then chances are you will find it difficult to better this.

• Positive: Very inexpensive, fantastic location just a short walk from Museo del Prado and Gran Via, phone, TV and heater in room (can't remember if they have A/C), close to the Seville metro stop, staff is very nice, quiet, safe street.
• Negative: The bathroom is very, very small! I could deal with it, but larger people will have problems.
