• Negative: Teníamos reserva una habitación 'Doble con vistas superior', se confundieron y nos alojaron en una 'Doble con vistas'. La solución a su equívoco, simplemente devolución de la diferencia sin ningún otro detalle. Además nos devuelven menos de lo que es, la diferencia entre una doble con vistas al mar y una doble con vistas al mar superior es de 12 euros la noche y solamente nos dieron 8 euros la noche. La habitación que estábamos no disponía de secador (la reservada si), cuando necesitamos pedir secador por lo menos podía haber salido de ellos no cobrarlo... Estamos de vacaciones y no queremos líos, pero esto nos pasa en casa y ponemos una queja.
