• Positive: Don't confuse this "hostal" with a student "hostel." It is hotel with a number of advantages. It is IDEALLY situated 5 minutes walking from Sol, 10 minutes walking from Plaza Mayor, with the Gran Via metro station right outside the front door. The place is clean, quiet and in a safe location. The staff is friendly and Noelia and Jonathan speak good English. Throw in the reasonable prices, and I'd say you have a winner of a hotel that you can't go wrong with. What a great find this turned out to be!
• Negative: All the rooms have free WiFi, but on occasion the connection is weak. Not a major problem, however.

• Negative: lo malo es que la habitacion al estar muy alejada del lobie no tenia conexion Wi-Fi tenia que ir al mismo para poder conectarme. Aconsejaria solucionar eso y colocar mas pieza de baño en higiene respecta (jabon de baño) fueron un poquito mezquinos con eso :P
