• Negative: we had do change rooms after 2 days, without having received any information before (we got informed by chance by the cleaning staff)

• Quietness: 7.5 depends largely on the room rooms facing to the street louder than the rooms facing to the "patio" (except the patios with big airconditioning pipeline), but considering the fact, that the hostal lies in the very center of Madrid, "loudness" was aceptable

• Location: 10 Excelente para conocer el centro de Madrid y Muy bien conectado atravez del metro con el resto de la Ciudad.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Tiene lo basico (Baño privado). Su coneccion WiFi es pobre.
• Staff: 10 Trato amable y eficaz.
• Quietness: 10 Fin de semana un poco agitado pero entendible por la ubicacion. Muy aceptable.
• Room: 7.5 Chica perocon lo elemental. frigobar, TV, baño completo.
• Value for money: 10 Lo volveria a pagar sin pensarlo.

• Positive: esta muy bien situado de todo el centro, y la chica de la limpieza muy simpatica, limpian y cambian las toallas.
• Negative: La habitacion individual mejor no pedirla, preferible pagar algo mas y coger una doble que si estan muy bien. y la calefaccion del hostal muy alta deberian bajarla, k calóooo chikiyo..
