• Location: 10 Very central to Puerto del sol, plaza mayor. I walked everywhere including to Museo del Prado and the opposite direction to Temple of Debod (both about 15 minute walk).
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 They have a computer to print off your tickets for the Prado museum (wow that line gets long if you don't buy ahead).
• Staff: 10 They arranged my taxi to the airport so that I would have no troubles.
• Quietness: 10 Not on a busy street, but so close to all the action.
