    "Las ventanas son las originales del edificio, pero están reformadas para reducir el nivel acústico. Comprendemos que al ser antiguas no es fácil adivinar su uso correcto, pero hubiera siso suficiente con comentarlo al personal de recepción durante su estancia y le hubieran explicado cómo cerrarlas bien para que oyesen mínimamente el ruido de la calle. En cuanto al olor de cañería en el WC, es algo ajeno al establecimiento pero también con comentarlo en recepción se le hubiese hecho un tratamiento para evitar el mal olor. "
