• Positive: The rooms were large, clean and furnished modernly
• Negative: Whilst I would recomend th room, the streets surrounding the hotel had prostitues everywhere and it was creepy to walk through. Whilst we were told the women were not allowed to use the hotel, they clearly did.

• Cleanliness: 10 It was very clean - the chambermaids did a very good job!
• Location: 7.5 The Hostel is lokated very close to the center, one can reach everything by walking - great! But it is located in the middle "red-light-district".
• Common facilities and services: 10 A vey well equiped computer room.

• Quietness: Not rated It was very noisy inside our room: We had noise from the street at evry day- and nighttime and we also had also noise from other rooms, like from humming ventilators and from very "active" couples.
• Room: 7.5 The room was to small for three persons, but nice. The bathroom was fine with warm water and good water pressure. The mattress were ok, even if one felt every bedspring. Our room had the view to the street but there are also rooms to the backyard.
• Value for money: 7.5 We would have prefered having air conditioning.

• Location: 10 The hotel really has an excellent location, close to Gran Via and Plaza del Sol. It is true that there are prostitutes in the area, but it is completely safe, even if you arrive after midnight or if you're travelling alone.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Fast Wi-Fi, although it's difficult to connect from some rooms.
• Staff: 10
• Quietness: 10 Double-paned windows provided great soundproofing

• Value for money: 10 I've stayed at more expensive hotels that weren't as good as this one.
