• Location: 10 Couldn%27t be more central!! Perfect location!

• Staff: 7.5 Apart from the language barrier the staff were very nice and obliging.
• Quietness: 2.5 Needed air conditioning as it was to noisy to have the door open at night but to hot to sleep.
• Room: 2.5 The size was good for what i paid. The view was great - overlooking las ramblas, also had a little balcony.

• Positive: It situatde in the heart of Barcelona and the place it´s clean. They clean your room everyday and give you new towels. It also felt safe. There was always someone at the reception.

• Negative: no soap at the toilet, in the bathroom; meagre breakfast (only one coffe and muffin); very loud; the staff could not speak English or any other language except of Spanish

• Cleanliness: 7.5 very clean; clean towels every day; but you have to take your own soap, because their is no soap at the toilet or in the bedrooms
• Location: 10 directly located at the "Ramblesand "Placa Catalunya", there is a bus station for buses, which come from the airport
• Common facilities and services: 5 the pension is open all the day +++, very good, because the life starts in Spain at 8 or 9 pm
• Staff: 2.5 there is no knowledge of foreign language, even at the reception; if you can not speak Spanish you have a problem to comunicate with the staff
• Quietness: Not rated very loud, because it is located directly at the "Rambles"
• Room: 7.5 regular, with a big window
• Value for money: 7.5 because of the low price and the perfect location we are content with this pension; but the breakfast is not worth mentioning, because it only consist of one coffee and one croissant or muffin

• Cleanliness: 10 Everything was very clean just really dated!
• Location: 10 It was in the perfect location 2min from the metro station and our room looked over Las Ramblas.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 They had all the facilities we needed
• Staff: 7.5 Staff were friendly but found it hard communicating sometimes as they spoke no english.
• Quietness: 10 The rooms were very quitet which was surprising being right on the busiest street.
• Room: 5 Our room was quite small
