• Negative: In a bad state of decoration. Wallpaper was peeling, bits of wood missing from door frames and moisture patches on the ceiling. It looked awful.

• Cleanliness: 2.5 Faint smell of urine as you go up the stairs. The whole place just needs cleaning up and redecorating.
• Location: 10 Great location - although the stairway was slightly seedy.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Free internet and common room area. Vending machines out of order.
• Staff: 5 Nice staff, they didnt really have to do anything so there wasnt really a window for efficiency.
• Quietness: 7.5
• Room: Not rated Room was small, dank and very unwelcoming. Did not really feel comfortable. Poorly air conditioned (fanned).
• Value for money: 2.5 Should NOT be €25. Would have happily paid €19 for the current state. If the place were nicely decorated and you received a heartier breakfast then maybe it would merit €25.
