The guest house is an ancient building of XIIIth century in the centre of Venice, at a distance of 2 minutes from the Rialto bridge and 10 minutes from the San Marco square. The guests house has a terrace looking out on the Grand Canal where it is possible to have breakfast or a moment of relaxation (during the high season). You will be immersed in the heart and in the life of Venice but at the same time you will find yourself on a very quiet and calm location. Optional: full and half board on request. The Venetian-style rooms, located on 2 floors, all have a bathroom, TV, safe, fan/air-conditioner and are all individually furnished. Some of the more expensive rooms overlook the San Giovanni Grisostomo canal.
