• Cleanliness: 2.5 Room didn't appear to be cleaned during my stay. The hostal was clean in the common areas and my room was acceptably clean on arrival.
• Location: 10 50m from Plaza Del Sol, right in the centre

• Staff: 10 The manager was friendly and courteous.
• Quietness: 5 Internal room, so no street noise, but next to the cleaners room, so some noise from there.
• Room: 5 TV didn't work.
• Value for money: 7.5 For location and en-suite good value.
