• Negative: Some receptionist without smile and kindness (Jose’ and Jeffe de Reception were very kind and helpful on the contrary as the only ones, other male staff didn’t), cuisine was not exceptional, sone female waitress rude and reserving tables for tip for someone which is prohibited, animation (with excetion of excellent Irish guy for acquagym and afternoon bingo), lifts always broken (unacceptable), swimming pools not enough heated
