COLORADAMAR ist the ideal place to relax. It is a complex of 32 bungalows situated at Playa Blanca, in the south of the canary island of LANZAROTE. It is surrounded by great natural places, gardens, a shopping center, and a beach a few meters away. There is a bus stop in front of the villas.

  • Location: 10 close to well-stocked supermarket and a good pub with food, 15 minute stroll along seafront to harbour with a broad range of restaurants, pubs and shops including a twice weekly market
  • Common facilities and services: 7.5 communal jacuzzi, unheated swimming pool and sunbed area, computer / printer room and small stock of free novels
  • Staff: 10 nothing was too much trouble - sorted a dvd player at no cost, booked taxis and day trips. Friendly with perfect English
  • Quietness: 10
  • Room: 10 Brilliant view, private terrace with covered and uncovered area, well proportioned appartment, complimentary wine and oils on arrival
  • Value for money: 10 upgraded for a small amount to room with a view and we got it - perfect sun trap

  • Cleanliness: 5 My headboard was covered in dust, tiles cracked in bathroom with buildup of black mould in cracks and around bath.

  • Room: 7.5 But such a lovely bath and only half a bathful of hot water! Three of us had to share one half full bath, with another adult having a shower.

  • Positive: todo en general, el bungalow, el espacio, la limpieza y la terraza. Buena atención. Nos hemos sentido muy agusto la verdad. A las instalaciones de la piscina le hemos sacado poco o ningún provecho, en parte porque el agua está helada en esta época en todas las piscinas de Lanzarote, en parte porque tampoco nos ha parecido muy sugerente quedarnos ahí, un tanto desangelado. Hubiera venido perfecto piscina con agua climatizada.
  • Negative: la localización tiene sus ventajas pero también sus desventajas, un poco aislado. Pero en fin esto no es algo que se pueda cambiar.

  • Cleanliness: 10 hemos hecho separación de basuras en la habitación, pero nos hemos quedado en la duda si el servicio de limpieza mantiene esa separación o lo vuelve a juntar todo. Nos ha perecido excesivo que se cambién las bolsas de basura todos los días, es plástico desaprovechado. No era necesario.
  • Location: 5 situación agradable y muy tranquila, sin embargo algo alejado de Playa Blanca.

  • Staff: 10 Trato muy amable y atento.
  • Quietness: 10 tranquilidad absoluta, hemos descansado muy bien por las noches.

  • Value for money: 10 nos ha parecido correcto. Sabemos que en cuestión de bungalows y apartamentos es fácil encontrar más baratos. Los precios de temporada alta ya nos hubiera parecido seguramente algo caro.
