• Positive: Friendly and helpful staff and warmth of welcome. Facilities for self catering. Availability of beds by pool.
• Negative: Having visited couple of years ago, some aspects in need of repair (concrete steps to pool, showers and waterfall by pool not working). WiFi/ internet availability unreliable plus limiter to one connection at a time were regrettable (caused much argument and disappointment from kids). Found bed too hard (must due to getting older/ heavier)
• I RECOMMEND it for... Families, Couples, Peace seekers, Travelers with a car
• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Older travelers
• Cleanliness: 7.5 Big cockroach crawling out from under fridge within 1/2 hour of arriving concerned us but happily had no further visitations :-) Cleaning staff very good.
• Location: 7.5 Well located for marina and pleasantly quiet as a result
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Would be nice to have a pool bar.
• Staff: 10 Warmth and friendliness of staff is exceptional

• Room: 7.5 Air con broke down in children's bedroom and took 2-3 days to fix as occured over weekend

• Positive: Location in Lanzarote; spacious and clean apartment with all the amenities we needed for a family of two adults and two teenagers; great patio and views; lovely pool.
• Negative: NOTHING - it was the perfect place to stay on Lanzarote, and we say this after having traveled to all corners of the island.
