• Negative: Limpieza, habiendo dicho en mis comentarios de la reserva que llegaría por la mañana que no hubiera ni una taquilla (ni siquiera de pago!) para poder dejar la maleta, pagué por un desayuno el lunes cuando la cafetería está cerrada este día de la semana (la devolución ya está en camino)

• Cleanliness: Not rated tanto en el baño como en el cuarto había pelos que claramente no podían ser míos (ni por color ni por longitud)
• Location: 5 Era prácticamente lo único disponible en Pozuelo, ya sabía a qué atenerme
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 El apartamento está bastante bien, mejor que el Hotel Pozuelo
• Staff: 5 con el poco personal que tuve trato, fue correcto. Eché de menos como mínimo un recepcionista ni que fuera de 9 a 6 u horario similar
• Quietness: 2.5 Habitaciones mal insonorizadas, podía oir casi la conversación de los vecinos

• Negative: En el check fue difícil, no llegó un Mail con las instrucciones que tenía que llegar, no nos dijeron que par entrar por la noche necesitamos el número de reserva que está en ese mail que no llegó y el parking a la mañana siguiente no abrió y tuvimos que buscar durante 20 min a alguien porque el teléfono que pone en la salida del parking no lo cogía nadie!! Igualmente el parking al entrar no teníamos indicaciones y al llamar al teléfono no lo cogían, finalmente cogimos ticket y en el hotel nos lo validaron gratis!
