• Staff: Not rated Reservé la habitación a nombre de mi empresa. No fui capaz de hacer entender al recepcionista que en la factura no tiene porque aparecer el nombre y DNI de la persona que ocupa la habitaciónque es de la competencia. No logré la factura. ¡Ni el que asó la manteca!

• Positive: I always stay at Rosales because it is like going home. I feel secure, and I completely trust everyone who works there. The location could not be better. There are cheaper places to stay, including aparthotels, but I doubt you could get the extra touch the Rosales staff gives their guests. The apartments are comfortable, well-stocked, and the cafeteria is convenient for a quick beer, coffee, or any meal you may want. I give Rosales five stars because you site doesn%27t allow me to give it 10!

• Cleanliness: 2.5 the curtains were filfty and the carpet needs changing. some of the furniture coverings were torned.
