• Positive: El hotel es céntrico y el parking gratis, además pudimos dejar el coche hasta que nos fuimos de Madrid, cosa que era muy importante para nosotros y que nos hará repetir sin duda. Los recepcionistas fueron muy agradables. La cama muy cómoda y el baño muy limpio.
• Negative: La calefacción estaba estropeada y se encendió por la noche, no pudimos cortarla y había ratos en los que pasamos demasiado calor. Nos dieron una habitación para fumadores y no fumábamos, por lo que olía a tabaco.

• Negative: Para hacer el chek-in tuvé que ir tres (!!!) veces. Una primera a las 14:15 en la cual me dijeron que en media hora estaba, una segunda a las 15:10 y tampoco pudo ser....y ya la tercera por la tarde7noche en que pudimos realizarlo. No me gusto la pasividad y/o incapacidad para resolver el problema y darme otras soluciones y/o satisfaciones.
