  • Negative: I had booked the apartment after looking at their details on lastminute.com which were clearly misleading. Lastminute.com displayed the following - 1 x Standard Plus Apartment (max 5 people). Room Only. Promotional discount - 20% off Room facilities: Tea/coffee facilities, Hairdryer, Private Bathroom, Telephone, Television, Iron (on request) I had booked for 2 nights for 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 8. I had requested the following from the hotel - extra towels and pillows, two double beds. What we got was a studio apartment with a double bed and a sofa bed. Quilt/Blankets for only 2 people. No extra pillows or towels. When I called to complain, the manager was abusive and rude. Then someone turned up to suggest that we turn up the thermostat as they can not provide extra Quilts/Blankets. The apartment had one toilet/shower. No television or phone. One radiator in the toilet to heat up the whole apartment. The apartment was advertised to accommodate 5 people and it could not even have four properly. This was the first time I had booked a hotel with lastminute.com and will be the last. I will definitely never book or recommend 'Residenze Sinfonia Veneziana'
